In this role, you’ll lead projects locally and nationwide. You’ll oversee construction plan execution, ensure code compliance, manage travel logistics, and maintain project documentation. Operating and maintaining equipment, monitoring deadlines, and cross‑training for team roles are all part of your day. Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications: 5+ years welding experience Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Ability to pass FCAW welding test (1G–4G) within 4 weeks of hire (company reimbursement for passing tests) Own hand and power tools (cordless only) Experience driving a truck and 20‑40ft trailers, either pull‑behind or gooseneck, and a CDL are preferred.
