The hospital operates under a supervision model where anesthesiologists provide oversight while managing diverse surgical specialties including obstetric and neurological procedures. Cross-credentialing covers both sites in one process with modern anesthesia capabilities supporting a wide range of surgical cases.

Hinsdale is a village in DuPage County, Illinois, with a population of 17,395 people featuring well-preserved Victorian-style architecture from its 19th-century establishment. The area maintains an affluent character with a downtown area that includes upscale boutiques, dining establishments, and cafes. The village is recognized for its top-rated schools, strong community spirit, and outdoor spaces including memorial parks with walking trails and sports facilities, along with the nearby Graue Mill and Museum that showcases the region‘s historical significance.

The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 5x8 Monday-Friday shifts managing diverse surgical cases including general surgery, orthopedic, gynecology, urology, pediatric ENT, obstetric, catheterization laboratory, interventional radiology, neurological, vascular, and pain procedures. The clinician will work under supervision with mandatory beeper call coverage Monday-Thursday 7p-7a, Friday 7p-7a, Saturday 24 hours, and Sunday. Cross-credentialing covers both facilities in one process with credentialing required at both locations. The position excludes cardiac cases which are MD only and features a wide case mix including OB and neurological procedures.
