Patient Intake Representative

Labcorp seeks a Patient Intake Representative for its Wilmington, Delaware laboratory location. The role involves scheduling appointments, registering patients, verifying insurance, and performing administrative tasks in a Monday-Friday morning shift with rotating Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

Schedule patient appointments and greet patients upon arrival
Register patients, verify insurance coverage, and process payments
Collect and prepare specimens for testing when required
Verify accuracy of test orders by contacting physician offices
Manage office supplies and perform clerical duties as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1+ year customer service experience
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to pass colorblindness test
Team-oriented with high attention to detail

Compensation: $17.75 - $21.00 per hour
