Role Description The Practice Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Allen, TX, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pediatric practice. This role includes managing front and back office workflows, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring efficient patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes. The Practice Administrator will monitor practice performance, support physicians and clinical staff, and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and a positive patient experience. Additional responsibilities include coordinating compliance with healthcare regulations, managing vendor relationships, assisting with budgeting and financial reporting, and driving process improvements to support growth and operational stability. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Medical Practice Management and Practice Management to oversee daily operations and staff coordination. Experience working in a Medical Office setting, with an understanding of pediatric Medicine workflows and patient care processes. Proficiency in Budgeting and basic financial oversight to support practice planning and resource allocation. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and a patient-focused culture. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities, including handling confidential information with discretion. Comfort with practice management software, electronic health records (EHR), and common office applications. Prior experience in a healthcare or pediatric practice setting preferred; bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
