RC Mowers is seeking a rock star Sales Executive Assistant based in Suamico, WI in the Green Bay, WI area.

THE ROLE

The operative word for this position is “support.” But not “support” in a secondary or diminished manner. This is a role that requires a partnering and proactive attitude and skill set. You'll work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing, our National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers. As Sales Executive Administrator (SEA), you'll be the critical link to our dealer network, fielding questions and fulfilling requests from this group and others. You will be supporting our sales leadership, sales team, all dealers and our marketing team. You'll participate and help facilitate dealer and state bids and contracts. Your rock star chops will also be required to expertly monitor and manage inbound leads from customers—the folks who make our paychecks possible.

This SEA position is best suited to a person who has experience with data analysis and who understands the importance of concise and timely record-keeping and reporting. Operational data to be updated and managed will include EOS Scorecard, KPIs, and Salesforce platforms. In addition, keeping the columns straight and the numbers adding up in terms of inventory, commissions, budgets, and other data points will be essential.

As a rock star, we assume you love a good party. A portion of your job will include planning, managing, and executing (with assistance) various events, such as trade shows, sales meetings, and the occasional celebration… since we plan to have much worth celebrating going forward.

You will liaison with other departments and outside partners, so keep a comb handy (if applicable). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

> Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or relevant experience

> Demonstrable success as an Executive Assistant or similar role

> Outstanding computer skills, especially MS Office

> Proven data analysis skills

> Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills

> Extreme attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks on sometimes compressed deadlines

> Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding writing and proofreading skills

> Self-starter, able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

> Occasional travel may be required
