What You'll Be Doing
- Assess, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for wound management
- Provide patient and family education on wound care and transitions of care
- Develop and implement interdisciplinary care plans considering various patient factors
- Maintain collaborative relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Adhere to hospital policies and industry standards to ensure quality patient experiences
- Engage in continuous professional growth and development in nursing practice
What We Need To See
- Current CA RN License
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Previous charge nurse experience
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records
- BLS certification
- Wound Care Certification (WCC)
