RECRUITING SPECIALIST

Day shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour to $23.00/hour

As a Recruiter, you will help explain to guests and job seekers about the hiring process, receive applications, and schedule interview appointments. The main goal of the Recruiter is to make sure customers and clients receive professional service and attention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with new employee onboarding efforts and general office duties.
• Manage new hire drug screen process
• Personnel file maintenance of both Primary and Secondary files as well as electronic files
• Responsible for documenting all candidate or associate communications into the operational software system
• Assist with administering mass employee communications
• Acts as liaison between applicants/associates and Recruiter or Operations Manager
• This position must have knowledge of and be able to perform all Support Specialist duties
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/projects
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to effectively build relationships
• Strong customer service orientation
• Posting job ads online and on social media sites.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortability speaking, reading, and writing
• Efficient with Microsoft
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• High school diploma/GED required
• Computer and basic social media skills
