The Finance Coordinator is responsible for Engineering and Finance administrative duties. This position supports the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering and Finance Department. Duties include and are not limited to the following: Create and submit purchase orders; maintain the department checkbook, BirchStreet receiving records, and payment tracking to ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time. Process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, review P-Card transactions, and collect supporting receipts. Maintain accurate digital records, including contracts, vendor insurance certificates, inspections, repairs, Life Safety Reports, and capital expenditures. Track and update hotel licenses and permits. Enter data and prepare reports for the energy management program (EcoTrack). Prepare and assist with hotel productivity reports. Assist with and complete Engineering payroll. Create and manage all FFE commitments in iCAPS.
