Digital Marketing Strategist

Full-Time | Hybrid: Mondays (in person); the rest of the week is remote. 9-5 daily working hours Location: Metro area of Columbus, Ohio We're seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Digital Marketing Strategist to lead strategy development and execution for clients across the healthcare space. In this role, you'll drive patient acquisition, elevate brand positioning, and guide a skilled team of SEO, Digital Ads, and Social Media specialists. Your Role Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as their primary marketing expert and strategic advisor Prioritize client retention through clear communication, regular performance reporting, and consistent delivery of results Design and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with client goals and target audiences Partner with digital specialists across SEO, paid media, and social to create compelling, brand-building campaigns Lead weekly team meetings with guidance, feedback, and accountability to keep initiatives on track Oversee integrated cross-channel marketing efforts including digital, social, and paid advertising Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective Top 3 must-haves Strong interpersonal skills & ability to communicate with a wide range of client archetypes Working knowledge of ad campaigns for both Google & Meta Strong local & organic SEO knowledge.
