Picture this: a press alarms mid-run, parts show short shots, and a customer order is on the line. You step in—verify material, tweak barrel temps, adjust injection velocity, confirm pack/hold, and fine-tune robotics. Scrap drops. The line stabilizes. Your mission

Own mold setups and flawless machine startups
Diagnose root causes fast; lock in stable processes that cut defects and scrap
Keep presses producing—attack downtime and protect uptime
Program and adjust 3-axis robotics to improve repeatability and safety
Streamline mold changes for better throughput
Respond to production and quality concerns in real time
Document parameters and maintain process standards
Mentor operators; champion a clean, safe, organized work area

What it takes

Proven experience setting molds and running injection molding processes
Working knowledge of resins and processing fundamentals
Preferably 2+ years in injection molding
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability
3-axis robotics/programming familiarity is a plus
Adaptability and a desire to stay current with new tech

Physical requirements

Stand and move throughout the shift
Use hands frequently to handle, adjust, and operate equipment
Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing
Lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed
