We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Complete repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and work efficiently to restore production.
• Communicate with equipment manufacturers, vendors, and technical support when additional assistance is needed.
• Work closely with machine operators to identify and resolve equipment concerns.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure work is completed safely and accurately.
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with production teams.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
