Job Description As an LPN Charge Nurse at The Blossoms at North Little Rock, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include: Administering medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders. Providing emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well‑being of residents. Managing medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement. Supervising and supporting fellow team members to maintain high care standards. Monitoring and documenting treatment and medication effectiveness. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Requirements To be considered for the LPN Charge Nurse position, we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language. Nursing Degree from an accredited school or college, along with CPR certification. Willingness to participate in in‑service training upon request. Basic computer skills.
