Assistant Store Manager Hourly rate ranges from $16.77 to $17.02 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age of 18. Minimum of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds per shift. Prior retail and/or management experience required.
