HighlightsJob NumberBH_502016LocationPHOENIX, AZDate PostedJul 7, 2026Start DateImmediatelyJob TypeDirect HireDescriptionCome create your career with VoltRole: Director, Business Intelligence & Performance Strategy Location: Phoenix, AZWork Arrangement: Hybrid Duration: Permanent/Direct hireJob Details:Act as a strategic partner to senior and executive leadership by translating enterprise and hotel-level performance data into actionable business insights.Lead the development and management of executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting tools.Analyze trends across portfolio performance (e.g., revenue, occupancy, pricing metrics) to guide strategic decisions and growth initiatives.Drive data-backed discussions on brand positioning, portfolio mix, and investment priorities.Manage and execute strategic initiatives including business intelligence enhancements and performance improvement programs.Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination for key initiatives.Convert large, complex datasets into clear narratives for executive presentations and board-level reporting.Conduct scenario modeling, forecasting, and “what-if” analysis to support decision-making.Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize performance metrics, benchmarks, and methodologies.Utilize modern analytics tools and AI-driven insights to monitor trends and improve reporting efficiency.Required Skills:8+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategy, or performance analytics.Strong experience analyzing multi-unit or hospitality/business portfolio data.Expertise in key performance metrics such as revenue trends, pricing, and occupancy analytics.Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Proven ability to present complex insights to executive stakeholders in a clear, strategic manner.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and storytelling capabilities.Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Background in hospitality, travel, or franchise-based businesses.Advanced degree in business, data science, economics, or related field.Experience with enterprise-level strategic planning and performance optimization initiatives.Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools and modern BI ecosystems.Pay Range: $124,900 - $143,700 + 10% annual bonus*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
