Johnstone Supply is seeking to hire for our full-time Counter Sales position in our Tonawanda, NY location . This position earns a competitive wage of $20-$24/hr based on prior experience and current HVAC product knowledge, as well as a $1,500 signing bonus! You would be eligible for generous full-time benefits , including monthly bonuses, annual bonuses, medical, prescription, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with company match, company-paid life insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) . A DAY IN THE LIFE IN COUNTER SALES

In Counter Sales, you are the face of Johnstone Supply to our valued customers. As the person manning the counter, they rely on you for your expertise and knowledge of our products. When HVAC contractors call in or stop by our storefront, you enter their orders into our point-of-sale system. You also pull orders for carryout or delivery. Friendly and helpful, you develop and maintain relationships with them built on trust. You feel great about helping our business clients meet their own clients' needs as you continue to learn more about the HVAC trades!

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic computer proficiency
Phone skills
Physical ability to move and lift products
Stellar sales skills

HVAC industry experience would be helpful but is not required. Are you teachable, energetic, and ready to be a part of a great team? Do you thrive on helping people? Are you a fast learner? If so, you might just be perfect for this Counter Sales position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically works from Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm .
