Mobile Clinic Marketing Coordinator

Conduct outreach via cold call/emails to departments that are ideal targets for Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize market insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and materials. Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines. Arrange a location for the mobile clinic with the point of contact, ensure that the space is adequate and ensures privacy. Reach KPI goals on a daily and weekly basis Uphold all marketing related SOP’s Visit the location in person to ensure the space is adequate, if necessary. Coordinate with management logistical processes in a timely manner leading up to clinical date. Ensure that there is an adequate amount of pre registrations into the mobile clinic to render our services (25 pre registrations). Visit the clinic the day of the mobile clinic to ensure the operation is running smoothly, and create a relationship with the POC. Create a summary report in conclusion of the mobile clinic to share with management. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
