Sterling is a hybrid model which values parent participation in their child's educational journey. Role Description This is an on-site role for a Preschool-4th grade Grammar School Principal. The Grammar School Principal will oversee the implementation and management of the classical, Charlotte Mason curriculum, provide leadership to both the teaching staff and the student body, ensure adherence to educational objectives, and support teachers in maintaining academic excellence. Responsibilities also include promoting a positive school culture, guiding grammar school initiatives, and maintaining effective communication with families. Qualifications Must be a mature Christian in alignment with a Biblical world view Knowledge of the Charlotte Mason methodology and classical education Experience as a school principal or in a leadership role Attention to detail and follow through, self-driven Background in Education, or Educational Leadership or Administration #J-18808-Ljbffr
