**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse - Postpartum Care** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional postpartum care! - Utilize your nursing expertise to evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive patient care. - Plan, implement, and document personalized nursing care tailored to each patient's unique needs. - Assess, prioritize, and address patient needs through thorough assessment and evaluation. - Develop and coordinate individualized care plans for assigned patients using ongoing assessments. - Initiate detailed patient assessments based on identified problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions that promote healing and well-being. - Manage the overall care of patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. - Ensure meticulous documentation of care according to established standards and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards to enhance patient outcomes. - Deliver patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practices. - Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 3+ years of Mother-Baby experience. - Proficient in labor and delivery, postpartum, and antepartum nursing. - Strong experience in newborn care with a passion for maternal health. **Education & Certifications:** - Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN). - Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). - Required: Current BLS certification (AHA), NRP certification, and NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. **Schedule:** - Evening shifts from 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. - 3 shifts per week with every other weekend and holiday required. - No on-call or float requirements. - Scrubs provided - Navy Blue. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
