REGISTERED NURSE

Rochester Regional Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this dynamic role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and document accurately in the EMR. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, quality, and positive outcomes. Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for therapeutic response and side effects. Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain regulatory compliance. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans. Uphold infection prevention, safety, and quality standards. Support a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred, depending on unit.
