CDL-A Regional Driver - Home Every Other Day; 1.5X Guaranteed Overtime;

Sign-on bonus; exclusively for Amazon Freight Partner

�� Compensation: $24-$26 /hour + Guaranteed Overtime | $65,000 – $105,000+ expected

Year 1 (Based on overtime, safety bonuses, and incentives)

The Schedule & Route

We operate on predictable, highly structured regional shifts designed to give you maximum home time while ensuring consistent, high-yield hours:

 Guaranteed 46 hours per week: Overtime kicks in after 40 hours. No seasonal

slowdowns, no guessing what your paycheck will look like.

 Weekly Commitment: Averaging 3.5 shifts per week (minimum 46 hours guaranteed).

What We Are Looking For:

We prioritize safety above all else. To join our elite driving team, you must meet the following:

 Age: Must be at least 21 years old.

 License: Active, valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).

 Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.

 Safety Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a strong DAC report (no

current CDL suspensions or revocations).

 Screenings: Must successfully pass a DOT Physical, background check, and pre-

employment drug screen.

 Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones and apps for navigation, dispatch, and

hours tracking (e.g., GPS, ELD, Amazon Relay).

 Language: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to navigate highway signs

and communicate effectively with dispatch and the public.
