Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals. This role coordinates manpower, workflow, and resources across departments to maintain quality, productivity, and cost control. They are highly skilled at managing people, schedules, and workflows while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This individual is a proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly, lead teams effectively, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced production setting.Ideal candidate will have:High school diploma required2+ years of production or manufacturing supervisory experiencePCI Level I & II certification preferredStrong understanding of production processes and plant operationsAbility to read schedules, manage workflow, and coordinate resources effectivelyStrong leadership and team management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systemsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBasic math skills and ability to manage production-related dataStrong communication skills and ability to work across multiple departmentsWorking conditions/physical requirements:Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm useCapable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hoursComfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequentlyAbility to work safely in a production or field environment with moderate to high exposure to safety risks and hazardsWillingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors (Depending on location)Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.This profile summarizes key duties and expectations but does not list every possible job task.
