Surgical Tech - OR

Role: Surgical Tech serving as a member of the surgical team, assisting with patient care before, during, and after surgery in accordance with professional standards. Responsibilities Prepare supplies, equipment, and sterile fields for surgical procedures. Operate surgical equipment and organize instrumentation. Assist surgeons by passing instruments, anticipating needs, and exposing the surgical field. Maintain aseptic technique, perform surgical counts, and assist with wound closure under supervision. Participate in OR activities, continuing education, team planning, and emergency preparedness. Qualifications & Skills Certified in BLS. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and handle equipment weighing 20-50 lbs continuously.
