Job Description
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in pick, pack, and shipping operations, ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled and prepared for delivery each day. You will receive order lists in the morning, move through the warehouse to gather and prepare products, and support packaging, labeling, and material handling activities. This role offers hands-on experience with power and fluid systems, including heavier product picking than typical medical warehouse work, and may involve operating a sit-down forklift. Training is provided where needed, and candidates with stronger experience may be considered for higher compensation.
Responsibilities

• Stand and move throughout the warehouse for most of the workday, lifting items up to 70 pounds when required.
• Receive daily orders in the morning and accurately pick items throughout the warehouse using RF scanners and other tools.
• Perform packing and shipping tasks, including boxing, sealing, labeling, and preparing products for outbound shipment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as packaging, production support, assembly, and general labor tasks as needed.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials and products, following all safety guidelines (training provided if necessary).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work area, following housekeeping and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience using RF scanners for order picking and inventory tracking.
• Ability to perform order picking, packing, and general materials handling in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting up to 75 pounds as required by the role.
• Ability to stand and walk 95100% of the workday while performing warehouse tasks.
• Valid drivers license.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, and labeling orders.
• Reliability in adhering to scheduled start times and maintaining consistent attendance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
