Kidsteps, Lumibility's Birth to Three program, is offering a temporary 35 month Physical Therapist opportunity. Whether you're between positions, looking for a meaningful short-term experience, or considering a transition into early intervention, this role offers hands-on experience with the support of an established, collaborative team.

Hours: Full or Part Time (20-40 hours/week)

Location: Middletown area

Kidsteps is Lumibility's Birth to Three program, supporting children and families through early intervention services that help build skills, confidence, and long-term success. Our team values connection, growth, and quality carefor families and for each other.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) in home and community settings
• Partner with families using a coaching and strengths-based approach
• Collaborate with service coordinators and other early intervention providers
• Complete documentation using electronic systems (training provided)
• Learn the full scope of Birth to Three service delivery with real-world experience

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Connecticut Licensed Physical Therapist
• Interest in family-centered, developmentally based care
• Comfort working independently in community settings (support provided!)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Birth to Three experience is welcome but not required. We're happy to support learning and exploration.
