Strategic Procurement Manager

PeopleSolutions, Inc.

PeopleSolutions is leading a search for a Strategic Sourcing Manager with strong experience developing supplier strategies, managing RFX processes, negotiating agreements, and partnering directly with Legal and internal stakeholders.

This is a long-term CONTRACT opportunity for a sourcing professional who can step in quickly and bring immediate value across indirect and operational categories, including:

Consulting and professional services

Direct materials and contract manufacturing

Engineering and operations support

Supplier agreements, SOWs, and contract negotiations

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading the full sourcing process — from supplier research and RFX development to response analysis, stakeholder alignment, contract negotiation, and supplier performance metrics.

This role requires someone who can combine commercial discipline, supplier market knowledge, negotiation strength, and professionalism while helping the business make smarter, faster, and more cost-effective sourcing decisions.
