Account Executive Benefits Start Day 1 for Full-Time Colleagues - No Waiting Period! Compensation Structure: Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure. Expected first-year total earnings are $60,000+, with top performers exceeding $100,000 annually. Responsibilities Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross‑selling. Visually inspect buildings for pests, harborage, entries, etc.; based on assessment findings, sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers. Craft territory development strategies that will result in exceeding sales targets. Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings. Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of outstanding service solutions. Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM. Essential Job Functions Lift and move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 1120 lbs. frequently; carry, push, pull, or reposition objects. Move around frequently: sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and navigate stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles. Comfortable working with various pests (spiders, flies, mosquitoes, rodents, etc.) and entering small spaces such as basements, crawl spaces, and attics. Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as OSHA‑compliant respirators; work regularly in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong social, customer service, and communication skills. Preferred: two years of business‑to‑business sales experience, especially prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking). Self‑motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently. Required to obtain any necessary industry licenses; company provides training and covers costs. Travel up to 100% within assigned territory(s). Base Pay Range Hourly: $20.19 – $22.00 Pay may vary based on location, skills, education, and experience; total earnings affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment.
