Senior Product Manager, Consumer Retention and Engagement (AMER)

We invite you to learn more about our values and culture on VF Careers or at Role Overview A Senior Product Manager, Consumer Retention and Engagement (AMER) leads initiatives to deepen consumer engagement and profitability through digital channels, focusing on loyalty, email, and SMS platforms. The product owner acts as the Americas point of contact for this product area and reports to the Head of Product and UX. Responsibilities Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap that optimizes our loyalty, email, and SMS platforms. Partner with brand eCommerce, marketing, engineering, UX design, and analytics teams to create a cohesive consumer experience. Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: gather requirements, ship features, oversee production, and conduct testing and rollout. Set, measure, and refine KPIs such as retention rate, customer lifetime value, and engagement metrics. Stay informed on e‑commerce, digital, and loyalty trends to introduce innovative engagement solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, Loyalty, or eCommerce with a focus on consumer engagement. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Comfortable working in ambiguity and building new scope within an evolving organization. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven collaboration across diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, Agile environment while managing multiple initiatives. Creative mindset and passion for delivering compelling eCommerce shopping experiences. Certifications or training in Product or Agile methodologies are preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $140,000.00USD – $175,000.00USD annually.
