Role Description The Junior Assistant will support day‑to‑day operations by managing scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence for team members. The Junior Assistant will help coordinate internal and external communications, provide logistical support for client visits and team events, and ensure that office and digital workflows run smoothly. This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY, with a mix of in‑office presence and the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. No Experience No experience needed, we will train if the need is met. Qualifications Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics efficiently. Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondence. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents, reports, and confidential information. Ability to prioritize, follow through on assignments, and work both independently and collaboratively. Professionalism, integrity, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, deal‑focused financial environment.
