What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a busy Cath Lab environment, including complex interventional procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, and neuro interventions
• Circulate, scrub, and monitor during cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation, assess critically ill patients, and ensure sterile technique
• Operate advanced imaging systems and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
• Support the team with pre- and post-procedure patient care
• Float between facilities and assist with higher-level procedures at specialized units

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 3 years RN experience, including 1.5 years in Cath Lab within the last year
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate in interventional environments
• Hands-on experience with complex cardiac procedures and equipment (Impella, IABP, Laser, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and ability to float between facilities

• Cath Lab experience in advanced procedures like TAVR, MitraClip, neuro interventions
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and critical patient assessment skills

About the Assignment This assignment takes place at a premier healthcare facility in Shreveport, LA, featuring a fast-paced Cath Lab focusing on complex cardiovascular procedures. You will work with a dynamic team utilizing leading-edge equipment such as Philips imaging systems, EMR Meditech Expanse, and Merge hemodynamic monitors. Orientation includes a one-week training period and up to one additional week of precepting to ensure your success from day one.
