As the Manager of Nursing Practice and Clinical Education at Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington, you'll design and drive educational programs that strengthen clinical competency across a diverse team of registered nurses, medical assistants, and allied health caregivers. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clinic leadership — including physicians and practice managers — on nursing roles, procedures, staff development, and scope of practice, directly shaping the quality of care delivered across our clinics. Required Qualifications: Master's DegreeinNursingor Completion of Master’s program within 6 months of hire. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. 2 yearsmanagement experience. 5 years' experience in related nursing field. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree:MSN in Nursing Education or Leadership. Upon hire: Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.
