Manager, IT - Consumer Data Governance & Media Operations at a glance...

You will drive critical projects across the broader marketing technology portfolio. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to turn marketing activation objectives, manage consumer data privacy risks and ensure media tagging, planning and analytics are consistent and reliable.

What's on the menu?

• Manage day-to-day operations and ongoing enhancements of consumer data and media technology capabilities across OneTrust, Tag Inspector, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and MediaTools.
• Support end-to-end media technologies, including marketing and paid media tagging on consumer websites, media planning, taxonomy, reporting, and governance.
• Execute platform and process improvements that strengthen data quality, tagging accuracy, measurement consistency, and operational reliability.
• Partner with marketing, media, data privacy and legal to gather requirements, coordinate delivery, and support successful execution of priority initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Chapters to identify, secure, and coordinate resources to enable media performance and investment measurement, globally.
• Maintain and improve tagging frameworks and governance processes to ensure websites and digital experiences are measured accurately and consistently.
• Drive consent and preference management operations to enable compliant data collection and activation practices.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, process standards, and operating procedures across consumer data and media operations capabilities.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of SaaS applications and technology solutions, ensuring technical health, security, and lifecycle requirements are implemented and maintained.

• I have 2-3 years of experience in IT, project management and/or data and analytics, ideally within a large Fortune 500 organization
• I have a strong understanding of technology project management, data and analytics processes, data product development methodologies, and platforms; such as, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau
• I have experience with consumer data governance and media platforms, such as; OneTrust, Google Marketing Platform, Tag Inspector, ObservePoint, MediaTools
• I have technical project management and vendor management experience
• I am interested in and have proven learning agility with emerging Agentic AI capabilities
• I have strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical stakeholders
• I am able to listen, understand and synthesize business needs and translate requirements into technical architecture, engineering, and reporting activities
• I have solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• I have an ownership mindset and the ability to work as a self-starter
• I am resilient and adaptable in a rapidly evolving business and technology landscape

New Hire Base Salary Range:

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
