Buyer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Buyer who can support procurement operations, vendor coordination, contract administration, and expediting. This role will be joining a dynamic team for a well established organization in the Los Angeles area. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing purchasing workflows from sourcing through delivery. This opportunity is a long term contract and offers the option to work a hybrid role. Job Duties Manage purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and coordinate with vendors to resolve delays or exceptions. Process purchases for materials, supplies, equipment, and services; negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions; issue purchase orders. Maintain accurate purchasing data and records within procurement and financial systems. Draft and execute contracts, including POs, Blanket Agreements, and Master Contracts; ensure documentation completeness and audit readiness. Support sourcing efforts, inventory replenishment, and bid document review. Investigate and resolve purchasing or invoicing discrepancies. Perform related Buyer responsibilities as needed. Required Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of relevant purchasing experience required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management. Strong skills in procurement systems, spreadsheets, and general office technology. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and resolve discrepancies. Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
