We are looking for a senior, hands-on marketer to help us bring that model to a much larger audience.

The Role\n

You will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop, build, launch, and improve integrated marketing campaigns.

\n

We need someone who can develop the campaign idea, write the messaging, build the campaign, work with creative, review the landing page, and analyze the results.

\n

Our team already includes skilled specialists across paid media, design, development, analytics, and RevOps. Your role will be to connect those capabilities and help turn strong ideas into campaigns that actually launch.

What You Will Do\n

• Develop campaigns for both consumer and attorney audiences
\n
• Personally build and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
\n
• Write ad copy, landing pages, emails, video scripts, and creative briefs
\n
• Develop campaign messaging, offers, audiences, and testing plans
\n
• Lead landing-page strategy and conversion testing
\n
• Create video advertising concepts and scripts
\n
• Promote webinars and selected events
\n
• Work directly with creative, paid media, web, and RevOps specialists
\n
• Review performance and determine what should change next
\n
• Take campaigns from initial idea through launch and iteration
\n

What We Are Looking For\n

• Significant experience in integrated marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign strategy
\n
• A strong record of personally building and launching campaigns
\n
• Excellent writing, positioning, and messaging skills
\n
• Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms
\n
• Experience with landing pages, conversion strategy, video, and analytics
\n
• The ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
\n
• Strong written and verbal English communication
\n
• Recent examples of work you personally created, built, launched, or optimized
\n

Compensation\n

The expected base salary range is $80,000 to $140,000, plus performance-based compensation.

\n

Final compensation will depend on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
