You will own the full marketing lifecycle—from building a high-converting website to designing and executing sophisticated HubSpot automation and email strategies. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who wants to shape the voice and visual identity of a specialized consulting firm while driving measurable growth through strategic social and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Web Design: Lead the redesign and ongoing management of the company website to ensure it reflects a premium, authoritative brand identity.
• Marketing Automation: Architect and manage end-to-end workflows within HubSpot to streamline lead generation and nurturing.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive email strategies for both prospective leads and current clients to drive engagement and retention.
• Social Media Management: Create and implement a consistent social media strategy that builds brand equity and reaches key decision-makers in the $2M–$50M revenue bracket.
• Campaign Execution: Launch integrated marketing campaigns that align with the team's consulting playbooks and sales optimization services.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, iterating on strategies based on data-driven insights.
