Overview Job Title: Construction Safety Manager Location: Millersport, OH Start Date: May 2026 About the Role: Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. (ESS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Safety Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety practices in accordance with OSHA regulations and client standards. We are looking for a self-directed, detail-oriented safety professional with excellent communication and computer skills who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven construction environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary EHS representative for the project, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and contract requirements. Support the project management team with on-site safety inspections, reporting, and training coordination. Conduct and document daily safety inspections of the job site. Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety logs , incident reports, and OSHA recordkeeping (including injury/illness logs). Interface with regulatory agencies such as OSHA as needed. Provide ongoing safety training and toolbox talks to on-site personnel. Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Collaborate closely with facility management and subcontractors to ensure alignment with EHS standards. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of continuous experience in construction safety management. OSHA 510 is mandatory, preferred CHST. Strong background in large facility and/or mega-data center builds. Report to and/or coordinate with the owner or client onsite HSE professional representative by communicating effectively. Exceptional communication - written & verbally. Current First Aid/CPR certification. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital safety platforms.
