Busy title office in Gold River, CA. looking for a candidate with Title or Escrow to work in a Great team environment! Conduct property title searches using APN, owner name, and legal description Utilize TitlePoint FAST (First American program) to research: Ownership and vesting Open liens and encumbrances Tax status and recorded documents Perform Date Down (DTD) searches to identify any recordings since the last effective date, including: Deeds Liens and releases Judgments Bankruptcies Review and reconcile APN discrepancies across assessor, recorder, and title systems Verify legal descriptions and ensure correct parcel identification Assist with clearing title issues and updating exceptions as needed Maintain compliance with underwriting and company standards Meet production deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy Collaborate with escrow, closing, and post‑close teams as needed Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role, this candidate will support the title and escrow process by preparing documents, managing records, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with title and notary services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, liaising with clients and external agencies, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
