We serve mostly Spanish-speaking families across the United States with final expense, term and indexed universal life coverage from five A-rated life insurance companies: National Life Group, American Amicable, Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica and Foresters Financial. Responsibilities Take warm live transfers and present coverage clearly and honestly, in Spanish or English Quote and complete electronic applications accurately in the UniLife portal Follow the guided script and compliance standards on every call (all calls and screen‑share sessions are recorded for compliance and quality, and may be shared with the insurance companies we work with for evaluation) Make the scheduled call‑backs and follow‑ups the system assigns to you Keep your application quality high: correct information, verified ID, first premium set up Compensation $18.50 per hour, guaranteed from day one of training $10 – $25 bonus on every paid application No cap on the application bonus; overtime on top. Paid applications in the month Bonus per application The rate you reach applies to every paid application that month. Base pay is about $3,206 a month for 40 hours a week. There is no cap on the bonus, and hours over 40 a week are paid as overtime on top. A one‑time $50 bonus is paid on your first paid application in each state you were already licensed in when hired.
