The Social is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Floor Manager to join our opening leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As Floor Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily service operations, supporting and developing the front-of-house team, and ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive, and memorable hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff throughout each shift
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, service execution, and guest satisfaction
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams
• Ensure adherence to service standards, timing, cleanliness, and presentation
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Support scheduling and labor management as needed
• Monitor dining room readiness, organization, and overall guest experience
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed and effective during high-volume service
• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of full-service restaurant operations
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Hands-on leadership style with a positive and professional attitude
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
