Insomniac - Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands‑on self‑starter who brings a passion for dance culture and a strong facilities operations mindset. This role requires ownership, problem‑solving, and team leadership. Company Overview Insomniac produces some of the most innovative, immersive music festivals and events worldwide. Our events feature state‑of‑the‑art lighting, pyrotechnics, sound design, large‑scale art installations, theatrical performers, and next‑generation special effects. We organize 10,000 concerts, club nights, and festivals for seven million attendees each year across 13 countries on five continents, and our flagship event is the Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas. Role Inventory Control Specialist – responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory data, ensuring items are added correctly, and implementing control procedures. You will collaborate closely with the Inventory Control Manager and administrative staff. Responsibilities Add items to the R2 inventory system. Verify proper tagging and bar‑coding; replace as needed. Conduct inventory audits as requested by the Inventory Manager. Ensure all items are properly located. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of inventory and warehouse experience. Forklift certification. Proficiency in Microsoft, Mac, and Google operating systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Logical, efficient problem‑solving ability. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Work Environment Must tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments. May work in drastic temperature climates. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
