Core Values: Winners’ Mindset | Speed with Purpose | Thoughtful Innovation | Genuineness | No Ego, Full Ownership The Forklift Operator and Inventory Specialist The Forklift Operator and Inventory Specialist is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by handling materials, tracking stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and distribution of goods. What You Will Do Safely operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stack goods Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Conduct cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations efficiently Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Report discrepancies, shortages, damages, and equipment maintenance needs to management Who You Are High school diploma or equivalent required Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics Basic computer skills with familiarity in inventory systems (e.g., Shiphero preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) Good communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA standards preferred) and experience in shipping/receiving or distribution centers is a plus Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical demands, including standing, lifting, and operating heavy machinery Military personnel encouraged to apply Why You’ll Love Working at Nysonian Collaborate with high‑performing teams across fast‑growing global brands Meaningful opportunities for growth, ownership, and impact A culture built on accountability, transparency, and execution Competitive compensation, benefits, and wellness‑focused perks Our Commitment Nysonian is an equal opportunity employer.
