Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Thursday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM; Friday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Location: Johnstown, OH Role: Security Officer – Unarmed Patrol (Driving) Responsibilities Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving skills, documenting observed conditions and reporting them through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, common areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while assisting with access control, crowd awareness, and support during opening, closing, and busy shopping periods. Work collaboratively with location personnel, visitors, and public responders when needed to address security-related matters and support orderly operations. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
