Country Manager

Responsibilities Own the US market entry decision. Land foundational partner agreements across the repair ecosystem. Convert active pilots to enterprise contracts. Launch Partly's AI tools into the repairer market. Shape Partly's product and proposition for the US market. Build and lead the US team. Establish Partly's brand and presence in the US repair industry. Requirements (Preferred) You have built a commercial motion in the US automotive repair industry from scratch. (Preferred) You have closed first-of-kind enterprise deals — and built the playbook that followed. You lead teams through ambiguity without losing people. You think like a founder. You understand AI-native infrastructure well enough to sell it. (Bonus) You have experience in high-growth technology businesses entering a new market. (Bonus) You are comfortable operating across multiple layers of a complex business simultaneously.
