Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift position, offering 3x12-hour shifts per week for a 13-week assignment. This role includes working on weekends and holidays, demonstrating a commitment to patient care during critical hours.
Unit Information
- Experience in Step Down or Telemetry is preferred.
- ICU experience is considered an asset.
- Patient-to-nurse ratios:
- Medical-Surgical: 1 nurse to 4-6 patients
- Step Down Unit (SCU): 1 nurse to a maximum of 4 patients (typically 2-3 patients)
Certifications Required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Scheduling
Block scheduling is available, with a possibility for weekends only if this aligns with the right candidate's preferences.
