Content Marketing Specialist

To support lead generation and enhance brand presence, the full-time Content Marketing Specialist will develop and manage content across various channels, including social media, email, and web, while tracking performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Create and manage content for social media, email, blogs, and sales materials Develop content calendars and strategies to increase engagement and follower growth across platforms Track performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for marketing initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of professional B2B marketing experience Proven success in growing and managing social media audiences of 20,000+ followers Experience with social media management, SEO, and marketing analytics Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
