Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications- Demonstrated success managing multi‑site coordination, procurement timelines, and capital‑budget alignment.- Strong knowledge of project management and financial control methodologies (e.g. Earned Value Management, Cost Accounting Standards).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear customer‑focused reports that integrate schedule and financial data.- Proficiency with MS Office SuiteDesired Skills- Minimum 6 years of experience in program/facilitation roles within aerospace, defense, or complex systems environments.- Experience with integrated master schedules, configuration management, and capital planning processes.- Long term Capital planning- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.- Customer‑centric attitude and ability to manage expectations diplomatically.- Flexibility to travel to remote sites (up to 25 % of the time) as needed.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
