FP&A Manager

Our client is a scaling manufacturing organization experiencing continued growth and looking to add an FP&A Manager who can help the business make smarter, more informed decisions as it evolves.This is not a traditional FP&A Manager role focused primarily on reporting and budgeting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic financial partner who enjoys building financial models, evaluating investments and initiatives, and helping leadership understand the financial implications of important business decisions.As a FP&A Manager you'll have the opportunity to work closely with executive and operational leaders on growth initiatives, capital investments, process improvements, cost-reduction opportunities and other strategic projects.What You'll DoLead financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate investments, projects, operational changes and potential business opportunities.Develop ROI, NPV, payback and scenario analyses to assess the financial impact of proposed initiatives.Partner with operations, manufacturing, supply chain and leadership to develop business cases and quantify opportunities.Analyze the financial impact of capital investments, automation, equipment purchases, capacity expansion and process improvements.Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs and optimize the use of company resources.Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and opportunities for improvement.Develop financial and operational KPIs that provide leadership with better visibility into business performance.Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for non-financial leaders.Support strategic and transformation projects by providing financial analysis, modeling and decision support.Partner with accounting to ensure financial reporting and analysis accurately reflect business performance.Continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting tools and analytical capabilities as the organization scales.For immediate consideration call Jimmy Tunney at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
