Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Orlando, Florida
Shift: Full Time
Salary: $46 – $54 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rehab team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to empower residents to regain independence and improve their quality of life through customized therapy plans. You’ll work closely with other healthcare professionals in a supportive, team-centered environment where your contributions truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to residents’ functional goals.

• Implement engaging, evidence-based interventions to promote independence in daily living activities.

• Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting care plans as needed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

• Support the rehabilitation of residents recovering from illness, injury, or disability.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and safeguard resident confidentiality.

• Promote a positive and respectful environment aligned with our mission of compassionate care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current and active Florida Occupational Therapist license

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
