Position Summary Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Computer User Support Specialist to support the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) that are part of commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large crafts, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. The TARCES contract is managed by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF). Responsibilities Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate computer hardware and software systems Install, configure, and support operating systems, electronic mail systems, and office productivity software Provide technical support and resolve system‑related issues to ensure operational efficiency Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or updates as needed Support users with hardware, software, and system functionality issues Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field Or Associate degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 4+ years of related experience Or High School diploma with 6+ years of related experience Active Secret/clearance is required Schedule
