About the Role As a Merchant Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for merchants using our cutting-edge online ordering platform. You'll handle support primarily through our Intercom ticketing system, with phone or video support offered as needed. Your mission is to ensure seamless service and resolve issues with empathy and urgency. Responsibilities Provide world-class customer service for our technology platform. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues. Develop expertise in our product suite and troubleshooting processes. Collaborate with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Support for exceptional service delivery. Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills. Proven troubleshooting ability. Desire to continuously build product knowledge. Preferences Experience in a customer service or support role. Familiarity with online ordering systems. Ready to make a difference in the hospitality industry?
