We’re hiring hunters who can open doors with partners and close capital with business owners.

Two ways to win here

• Partnerships / BD: Prospect ISOs, payment processors, accountants, brokers, and owners who already have a book of clients. Put Funderial’s financing in their toolkit. Network. Negotiate. Build a pipeline that keeps compounding.
• Direct Funderial sales: Work the brand itself. Talk to business owners who need capital now and walk them from “we should look at this” to funded.

This role is a fit if you

• Get a charge out of outbound: calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, follow-ups that actually close
• Think like an owner, not a ticket-taker
• Can explain a funding product without drowning someone in jargon
• Stay organized when ten conversations are moving at once
• Live in CRM, Excel, and Microsoft Office without being babysat
• Want a Monday–Friday, full-time seat in a fast room — not a remote “maybe later” gig

You’ll spend your days

• Finding and opening new partnership and sales opportunities
• Building relationships that turn into repeat deal flow
• Staying current on products and market so you can actually compete
• Working with ops and leadership to get deals across the line
• Representing a brand that funds in hours and days, not quarters
